****News for US customers****
We have temporarily stopped accepting orders from the United States of America. I'm pretty sure it should now be impossible to select 'USA' on our store, but in case it's still there, any US orders placed from the 16th of August will be cancelled and refunded.
As many of you will know, the US has been applying tariffs to imported goods for a while now, but there's been a 'de minimis' exception for orders up to $800.
But that exception is being removed from the 29th of this month (August), which means all parcels being imported into the US will be subjected to tariffs. At the moment, we're not sure how to incorporate this into our usual postal methods - we're waiting for some guidance from Royal Mail, USPS, and the Trade Department.
Once we get a clearer idea of what exactly is happening, we'll let you know.

We're still getting a lot of orders, so some minis are going out of stock regularly. The current plan is, I'm casting new stock most days, but only adding it all to the webstore around 6pm (British Summer Time) on Fridays. So, if you're waiting for something to come into stock again, checking the store between 6 and 7pm (BST) on Fridays is the best bet. :)
We’re not Games Workshop. We’re not Warlord Games. We’re a tiny business, literally just me (Michael) and my wife (Jo), doing everything. Whether that’s casting stock, sorting and prepping minis, processing and packing orders, writing rules, answering questions, sculpting new models, keeping up with legislation, doing VAT returns, accounting, promotion, social media, show prep,whatever – one of us has to do it. And there’s always a lot to do!

Please note - all international orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked.
Important Note - From the 1st of July 2021, EU customers ordering should do so in the expectation of VAT being levied at your local rate and collected by your local postal service, and almost certainly also a handling fee being added. We're also expecting postage in the EU to be significantly slower for the next couple of months, at least. On the plus side, we'll not be charging you UK VAT anymore. So, if you're in the EU, please don't order unless you are prepared to pay whatever fees your government applies, as we will not take responsibility for them! Our Postage and Packaging depends of the total weight of the order.The shopping cart will work it out for you once you put your address in. UK is about £5, other countries will be more, up to a maximum of about £32 for heavy orders.
All orders will be packaged as well as possible. All payments go through Paypal, but no account is needed; if you do not have a Paypal account, select Paypal as your payment option, but 'Continue as Guest' when asked.
