24th July 2026 - important EU update
We can now take orders from the following EU countries:
Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain, and will be collecting VAT/customs fees up front.
We are not accepting orders from any other EU countries at this time. A lot of new legislation has just come into effect, and it requires a lot of changes to our store. This will take some time. So for now, any orders from the other EU countries will be cancelled and refunded. Sorry for any inconvenience... believe me, it's not something we want to do!
The list of countries we will not accept orders from is:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
****News for US customers****
As many of you will know, the US has been applying tariffs to imported goods for a while now, but there's been a 'de minimis' exception for orders up to $800.
But that exception has been removed from the 29th of August 2025, which means all parcels being imported into the US will be subjected to tariffs.
That will be 10% on stuff from the UK, along with a slightly higher postage cost due to collection fees. This is not money we get - it is being charged by the US government, and is given to them, not kept by us.
All figures are supplied unbuilt and unpainted, and most have integral bases - if a plastic base is supplied instead, it will be mentioned in the miniature's listing. They are metal or resin models, and may require some basic modelling tools to prepare. Wherever possible, the miniatures will be cast as a single piece, avoiding the need for assembly. All models are supplied unpainted. They are not toys, and some contain small parts, so they are not recommended for children. Most of our miniatures are single-piece castings; however some may have several parts and require assembly.
Metal models should be carefully cleaned of any mould lines with a modelling knife or needle files, and undercoated with a primer before painting. Metal models will contain lead.
In addition, resin models should be washed carefully in warm soapy water to remove any mould release residue before priming.
We use a Ashop Shopping Cart with Paypal to process orders. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, or alternative carriers if required, and will be packaged as well as possible to help ensure the safe delivery of your order.
Postage and packaging cost depends on the weight and destination of the order. The shopping cart will work it out for you once you put your address in.
Please note, VAT will be added to orders from the UK - this is currently 20%, and is added to miniatures and postage, but not to printed material like books and supplements.
If ordering from outside the UK, Oathsworn Games is not responsible for any Custom fees or Import taxes - they remain the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise stated.
International mail can be quick - we've had some packages go to the other side of the world in 3 days - but they can also take 28+ days sometimes. Flights get delayed, Customs officials can decide to do x-rays, etc. So we cannot guarantee that your order will get to you quickly - but we will get it in the post as quickly as we can!
Be aware that by placing an order, you agree that we can keep records of your name, address, email, and the items you ordered. We do not share this information with anyone else.

If you want to use our images on your site then please ask. Provided that they are not going to be used for anything that would be derogatory or damaging to our business or our customers then there probably won't be a problem.
